Amazon sought an engaging, intuitive solution to reduce customer service volume by helping users quickly resolve common streaming issues on Alexa and Kindle products. The goal was to translate complex networking instructions into accessible, visual learning content that enhances the overall user experience.
The Solution: End-to-End Visual Explanations
As the dedicated Motion Designer, I owned the entire visual development process. This involved instructional storyboarding and personally creating the 3D models and animation for the full sequence of Alexa devices and network hardware. I ensured the final motion graphics adhered to Amazon's existing brand guidelines and animation styles, resulting in clear tutorial videos that simplified complex device setup and maintenance.
