Project Goal: Sales-Driven 3D Innovation for Client Acquisition
The primary goal was to create high-impact, award-winning motion content capable of securing major client accounts and driving customer acquisition. As the Lead Motion Designer for this campaign, my role was to deliver a dynamic visual narrative for the Cricket Rewards program that resonated with consumers.
The Solution: Brand-Approved Creativity and Sales Assets
I fully managed this project from start to finish, taking ownership of the visual narrative. To illustrate the reward value, I introduced and executed the central custom gold coin concept. I designed and modeled these new assets, ensuring they perfectly matched the established 3D characters. Despite the high barrier to approval, the brand team enthusiastically approved the final design. The resulting animation successfully communicated the financial incentive through innovative, brand-approved visuals and dynamic 3D animation.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
Beyond client deliverables, I was tasked with internal development. I mentored and upskilled the creative team by directing internal training on advanced animation capabilities to ensure high quality and consistency across all projects.
